2. Products and Services

PineScript Market provides trading indicators and tools for TradingView. Our products are designed to assist traders but do not guarantee profits or specific results.

All products are digital goods delivered electronically. Once purchased, you will receive access to download or use the products according to the license purchased.

3. Licensing

When you purchase our products, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal trading activities. You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or share the product with others
• Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
• Use the product for any illegal purpose
• Transfer your license to another person

4. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed through our TRC20 USDT wallet. Prices are listed in USD but payments are accepted in USDT only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

For subscription-based products, you will be billed according to the plan you select (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and in our products, including but not limited to code, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of PineScript Market and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our products will be error-free or that they will meet your specific requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall PineScript Market be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our products or services.
